CD4+ T cells show better viability and proliferation with similar surface marker expression

After seven days, stimulated CD4+ T cells show significantly higher viability in PhysiologixTM XF hGFC and similar proliferation across all donors when compared to FBS containing media and the leading T cell media control. (n=3)

After seven days, stimulated CD4+ T cells exhibit comparable activation markers (CD25 and CD69) when grown in PhysiologixTM XF hGFC and the leading T cell media control.
