Ham’s F-10 Nutrient Mix
Product Details
Ham’s F-10 was developed by R.G. Ham and is a nutrient mixture formulated for serum-free culture of single-cell Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. Its development and use led to the creation of Ham’s F-12, an improved formulation. Ham’s F-10 has also been used as a serum-supplemented growth medium of other mammalian cells. The medium is commonly modified with or without the presence of L-Glutamine, Phenol Red, and more.
